Event Details:
- Saturday October 17th meet at Lieutenant's Pump at 10am
- Timeraiser to approve budget ($300 = $250 breakfast, $50 supplies)
- Volunteers meet for breakfast to receive brief training, introductions and materials.
- Volunteers then break into pairs/groups and visit specific neighbourhoods in the Ottawa.
- Goal of conversations with businesses is to raise awareness about Timeraiser, and garner support to help spread the word, display materials, etc.

[A] Responsibilities
- develop list of volunteers ~ 16 (work with Timeraiser to add existing Timeraiser volunteers which are about 6 in number)
- Identify location to host breakfast (budget $250)
- coordinate a speaker to deliver 10 minute talk about communities
- facilitate the transfer of information about which businesses were contacted and/or would like follow up email

| Framework keeps a database of all local businesses that were contacted and emails those that have expressed interest

| Collect business listing from volunteers. Any business that indicates "would like email" can be entered into this Spreadsheet
- volunteers can complete a sheet while they walk around and talk with businesses. They then turn that in to the coordinator who does the email follow up with business that indicated they are interested. A sample of this sheet will be available soon.
