Names and contact info for volunteers should be sent to Framework Foundation staff
Raffle at Timeraiser
raffle items, raffle agenda, etc.

  • Work with Framework staff to integrate raffle into Timeraiser schedule
Ticket Sales   
Would like to monitor how many participants are YLD connected
November 14th    
YLD members can use corporate code to register.  A drop down menu will be added to timeraiser.ca to gather if a participant heard about it from the YLD/lawyer.
Coordinate email campaign    
Ensure all YLD members actively distribute email and follow up with contacts, on Facebook, etc    
Oct 6 - Nov 14
Framework will have the email template ready by October 6th
Arrange pick up of donated items
 complete by Nov 9
 
Arrange appreciation of business who donate to raffle    
 complete by Nov 19
 Acknowledge at Timeraiser and follow up with businesses afterward with Ottawa Timeraiser Summary and "thanks"
