Ways to Participate

There are several ways for you or your firm to participate. Click on the Chapter Links to view how we are working with specific Chapters. We are building on our existing relationship with the Ottawa chapter as a starting point.

Leadership Team Positions
  • Each city strikes a leadership team that is responsible for taking on strategic and tactical Timeraiser planning and execution elements. Contact us if you would like to learn more about the leadership positions as some positions become vacant from time to time.
Event Volunteers
  • During evening of the Timeraiser, we require dozens of volunteers to assist with set-up, registration, special guest/media support, and agency matching/art auction liaisons.
  • Approximately six weeks prior to the Timeraiser, we host neighbourhood day canvassing. 10 to 30 volunteers reach out to retail stores and cafes within 6 to 12 neighbourhoods. The goal is to speak to store employees about the Timeraiser and put up posters/flyers. This highly successful campaign is a corner-stone of our outreach campaign.
Ambassador Outreach/Resource Development
  • You can help sell tickets to your peers and colleagues within your firm or at other firms you know of.
  • Additionally, you can help win-over partners or key decision-makers to sponsor artwork that will be auctioned off at the Timeraiser.
